My favorite place in Boston:
Catching a sunset along the Charles River is one of my favorite ways to wind down. It’s peaceful, and the view of the city skyline glowing in golden light never gets old. After that, I love walking over to Newbury Street for dinner. There’s such great energy there, with so many good restaurants and people out enjoying the city.

Favorite quote:
“If a brick wants to be a brick, let it be a brick.” – Louis Kahn.
I love this quote because it speaks to the idea of respecting materials for what they are, but also has a deeper meaning about honoring purpose and authenticity, whether it’s in design or in life.

Favorite movie:
Kill Bill is one of my favorite films for its bold, stylized cinematography and strong female lead. I love how it blends genres like martial arts, westerns, and anime, creating a unique visual experience. Tarantino’s use of music and nonlinear storytelling makes it both intense and unforgettable.

Who inspires you?
My parents. My mom is an artist and former art teacher, and my dad is a master carpenter. They encouraged creativity from a young age and showed me how passion and hard work can shape a meaningful life. Their influence is a big part of why I pursued architecture in the first place.
