JSD was hired to study a new concept for the Martha’s Vineyard-based brand; for the first time incorporating a rum bar, showcasing distilled offerings alongside their popular restaurant cafe, outdoor dining and live entertainment pavilion, and ever-expanding retail shop. A design study visualized the transformation of 5,100 sf of street-level retail space in a mixed-use development at the head of Plymouth Harbor, in what is anticipated to be part of a revitalized harbor walk.
