Last week we were honored to receive the 2025 Preservation Award from the Cambridge Historical Commission, for our renovation of 35 Harvey Street. This is our third project designed in collaboration with Homeowner’s Rehab Inc to win this award. We appreciate both HRI and CHC’s work supporting truly affordable housing in Cambridge.
During the ceremony, some historic photos were shared, including the building in its original function as a rectory of the adjacent Notre Dame de la Pitié, as well as some later modifications, including asphalt siding. We’ve upgrade the building while restoring some of its original features, including a second-story Palladian window. You can learn more about 35 Harvey Street here:
